The grandkids and I always enjoy making a few DIY Christmas Ornaments. There are so many beautiful Christmas ornament ideas. It’s time to get your DIY on! Are you ready?
Christmas is definitely my favorite holiday of the year. For me, it’s not about receiving gifts (even though I get some pretty good stuff every year).
Christmas is such an exciting time of the year. It’s all about giving to others, spending time making memories, and celebrating traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Of course, for me, the most important aspect of celebrating Christmas is honoring the time that’s been set aside to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
I use the excuse of being a blogger and having tons of holiday posts due to get my Christmas decorations up early. Truthfully, I LOVE getting my tree up in early November. It doesn’t bother me at all to have the tree up on Thanksgiving Day. The grandkids love it and it adds a little sparkle to my decor.
It’s never too early to begin crafting DIY Christmas ornaments, so I’ve got a roundup of the very best. Pick out your favorites and get busy. I wish I could make them all!

So many great holiday ornament ideas. I love the idea of turning the coffee creamer container into snowmen.
Love this! Friends and I used to do ornament exchanges for our gifts to each other. But, we’d have to make them instead of buying. We’d all buy different things to make the ornaments and then take turns hosting ornament making parties. So, we’d make them in front of each other, but never knew which one would go to us 🙂
In my dreams I’m in my craft room just having so much fun. I get a little carried away with my list of ornaments and decor I’d like to make. Those cup cake liner trees are so cute! I may plan to do that one with my grandchildren soon.
I’ve been trying to decide on some crafts to do and I’m loving this list. That light bulb!! Some folks are just so creative. How about that simply pour paint ornament for the kids? Love it. Thanks for a great list and for all the wonderful ideas and these are some new blogs I haven’t discovered.
This is such a great idea! I love the thought of diy ornaments every day. I’ll have to make some of these!

My tree and other Christmas decor are finally up. They are helping me a bit from my bout with homesickness.
In the first look, you will notice the ornament is too expensive but the true DIY only and you can use the item that you do not need any more as requirement to make DIY’s decorations.
