I’m so happy that it’s officially the first day of Spring (although the weather doesn’t seem like it!). These are great tips for cleaning Decks and Porches. I can’t wait to clean off the BNQ and grill again (when the weather gets nicer!).

I had my deck power washed last spring and you would never know it. I need to get it redone again this year and make it look new again.

WIndex can indeed clean up all the intricate corners of the house. It can really save you a lot of time than other cleaning tools.

Ah, the dreaded spring cleaning chores. Haha. If there is one good thing in exchange for all that work, it would be the chance to fire up the grill again. Can’t wait to start the weekend BBQ again with the family. But of course, I have to clean the patio and patio furniture.I know using Windex will help reduce the time I will spend cleaning.

I don’t have a big porch, but my glass door could use Windex every day! Toby seems to think he needs to put his nose on it all of the time.

Who doesn’t want to clean smart and do it once and right the first time. Not time yet to clean our porch for the spring. Hopefully the weather will turn soon and we will be outside more.

We don’t have a deck. I have always wanted one. We have a tiny porch, I leave the window cleaning there to my husband.

I love spring. And actually, I love spring cleaning. Although it can take a lot of free time (and it does), I like the feeling afterward, when everything is done. Everything is clean, the house smells nice. It just gives a fresh feeling.
When cleaning porch, I also always start with removing dirt and cobwebs as it just would be wrong to start cleaning the floor first. Then I clean windows, clean the floor and wash or replace doormat

For barbecue I recommend you try Bar Keepers Friends. It is a great product and does wonders for food and oil stains.
