Whenever my husband and I head to our favorite Mexican restaurant, he always orders fajitas. For some reason, the smoke from the fajitas zeros in on my eyes. Why doesn’t it go towards him? My Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Fajitas are delicious and there’s no smoke in my eyes. It’s a win-win!
We need a Mexican food fix every single week. Pulled Pork Fajitas satisfies those cravings and because it’s made in the slow cooker, the pork is tender and juicy. The seasonings add another level of flavor. If you have leftovers, freeze them for up to four months.
The slow cooker helps me so much with weekday meals. I place the ingredients in the slow cooker first thing in the morning and forget about it.
Every Sunday I have a crowd over for lunch. I get the main dish going in the slow cooker before church and when we get home, the entree is done. I warm up a few sides that I cooked before church, add rolls and we’re good to go.

I usually add shredded cheese, sour cream, and chives to top off the Pulled Pork Fajitas. Charred avocados also pair well with Pulled Pork Fajitas.

My family is going to love you! These are right up our alley, so I am most certainly going to be making these very soon!
We love slow cooker pulled pork and even better as fajitas! What a yummy meal. I share your husband’s love for ordering fajitas in my fav Mexican restaurant too, smoke and all 🙂
Fajitas are always a great go to meal around our house. Plus using my slow cooker is so easy and the clean up is a breeze.
The Pulled Pork Fajitas looks loaded in ingredients and rich in taste. It’s nice that it can be quickly prepared too.
I love fajitas piled high with delicious toppings. I have got to try your pulled pork version. I looks absolutely delicious.
I made some fajitas last night but this was better than the ones I made last night. I’m going to pin this recipe so I can use it next time.
These are all great looking recipes. Yes, I love the slow cooker for weekly cooking too. As busy as I am, it’s hard to find the time to cook a proper meal. Thank goodness the slow cooker can handle it for me.
Thanks for the recipe for the pulled pork fajitas. Menu planning can really whack your brains so it makes me happy to come across new recipes to try. The bacon taco looks great too!
Those have me drooling! I love fajitas, but I’ve never tried them with pork. The next time I have a roast, I’ll have to use some of it for these!
Mmm that looks delicious! We love fajitas and anything that is made with a crockpot is an automatic win for me!
That looks so good. I include some kind of Mexican or Hispanic dish on the weekly menu too. Sometimes I don’t always end up cooking what I planned though. A couple days ago, I was making fajitas and realized I put the wrong kind of seasoning. I love your version of slow cooking the meat for a delicious treat.
These look so yummy, I should make them tomorrow! My mom used to make fajitas almost once a week, they make a great meal.
Oh, the pictures makes me crave for some! i’d love to try these recipe. Thanks for sharing!
This looks delicious. The although the Mister likes fajitas we don’t eat them often. I love the idea of letting the crock pot do all the work.
We love avocados but I need to experience them charred.
I never think to do pulled pork for fajitas. I need to do this, they look delicious!
As soon as I saw these photos, I had to take a break and go get lunch. They look delicious! I’ve never had pulled pork on them before!
Oh yum! I need to try this for my husband. He is a fajita fanatic, and I would love to make it in the slow cooker.
This is perfect for dinner tonight, thanks for the recipe. We love fajita here at home and glad to find a different one.
Omg can we say yum?!?! These fajitas look absolutely delicious!!! I must give these a try
