A few years ago, my other favorite team, The Carolina Panthers, was Super Bowl Bound! I want to get up and dab’ a bit just thinking about it.
They lost, but that’s beside the point. Right now I’m sharing a huge collection of my Best Super Bowl Party Foods.
Then, my main team, the Atlanta Falcons appeared in the Super Bowl! I’m from GA and I lived in Atlanta back when I was in my early 20’s – just a few short years ago – wink.
They lost, too! Oh, well, at least my Super Bowl Party Foods are delicious!

A few years ago, the Carolina Panthers played for the championship against the Denver Broncos. Here’s the deal: The Denver Broncos are my sister, Melinda’s, favorite team.
You may have read about her amazing weight loss here or tried her Buckeyes recipe here. Last year was the first time our teams have played each other in the Super Bowl. Actually, it was only the 2nd time the Panthers made it that far.
Here’s Melinda at the Denver playoff game! Boo! 🙂
I will never forget that Super Bowl Sunday when my sister and I were arch-enemies for the duration of the game. 🙂 That’s right! She was in Colorado cheering for her Denver Broncos.
I was here in South Carolina yelling for the Carolina Panthers. Once the game is over, we’re best buds again.
This seems like a good place to insert some grandkid photos. Wink.

So many yummy foods, so little time! I LOVE that Touchdown Snack Mix and Jalapeño Popper Dip. And don’t get me started on that Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cup Trifle?! Talk about the PERFECT dessert <3
The Butterfinger Trifle IS the perfect dessert. I can’t wait to have a taste on Sunday.
I love the variety here for a football party. You have football themed food and also easy to eat bite size meals.
During years like this when we aren’t really into either team, I find that the food really becomes the star of the show. This is such a great collection of recipes – now to decide what to try!
I completely understand. When my team is not playing, it’s more about the commercials and rating the half time show. And of course, the food is the MVP.
These are great snack ideas for a Super Bowl party! I can’t believe the Big Game is only a week away! Where did January go?! 🙂
That’s what I keep asking! I blinked a couple of times and January was gone.
We dont have superbowl in the UK so I have no team lol but all these party food have me salivating big time especially the buffalo wings
Well, you sure have a personal connection to this game. What fun to have a close rival. thanks for more of your yummy party ideas. I’m sure you will have a blast. Good luck to ” your team”
Thanks, Mary! This is only our second time to the Super Bowl, so I’ve got my fingers crossed for a win.
I”m totally read to make some fun snack foods for the Super Bowl. These are some awesome ideas!
I’m cheering for the Broncos! As for the appetizers, I love veggie dips, but those sliders look awesome as well!
I’m so sorry your team is going to lose. 🙂 JK – May the best team win. (Hopefull mine so I won’t have to hear my sister rubbing it in if Denver wins.)
Now I don’t need to plan my own menu! I guess I’ve been kinda living under a rock since I didn’t know who was playing in the Super Bowl. But I’ll be honest, I only watch for the commercials and halftime show anyway.
I love the commercials! There’s always a puppy one that makes me cry. I love sports, so I’ll be watching the entire thing.
Those recipes look so great. I would love some of those pecan tassies.
Those things are amazingly good anytime of the year.
I am not sure what recipe I do not want to taste on here..They all look so good but I think that chicken wing is calling my name. Seriously, I cannot eat enough wings and your buffalo ones look so good. And yea, so glad your sister and you will be besties again after the game..ha ha!!!
My sister and I are having a “friendly feud.” I do hope my team wins so I can rub it in. 🙂
We are so excited for the Big Game! We always plan a big family event but this year is going to be a bit different because my nephew was born 2 weeks early and we don’t have any plans LOL. I think you just added a few things to our menu. 😉
Please don’t hate me–but I really could care less about sports–any sports!!! All that food however has my attention. It all looks so good.
Do you watch the commercials during the Super Bowl? That’s my favorite part. I have to love sports. My dad made sure of that. 🙂
When I schedule my Big Game party at home I will definitely look up this compilation of yummy treats to serve! Thanks for sharing…very helpful!
I have no idea who is even playing in the Super Bowl, lol. I love the spread! It looks so yummy! I want a spoonful of that Butterfinger Trifle!
I’m such a sports fan and since my team is in it to win it, I’m all in this year.
Hate to break it to you, the Broncos are going to win! Those snacks look wonderful btw
No way! 🙂 Peyton is old and can’t run. If we can break through Denver’s tough defense, we’ve got this. #KeepPounding LOL
I will take a jalepeno popper dip please! You can never go wrong with wings!
True! The wings are the MVP at my party – at least with the guys.
I love the idea for a football party. I’m sure you will have a blast.
