When the grandkids stop by after a busy day of school, they are ravenous! They need something delicious to get them through an afternoon of homework and soccer practice. Plus, they need to relax and unwind. How do we relax? By whipping up a quick snack together. Making Caramel Apple Pancakes is a great way to spend some quality time together.

Caramel Apple Pancakes

I’m beyond thrilled that my grandkids love to cook! They have joined a long line of amazing cooks and early on, I made sure to introduce simple, fun foods for them to help prepare. Also, encouraging them to look through cookbooks, especially cookbooks for kids, inspires them even more.

When the grandkids were toddlers, I’d let them help measure ingredients for recipes. Now, the older kids enjoy operating small appliances and are working on their knife skills.

The recipe for Caramel Apple Pancakes is totally kid-friendly and perfect for fall. Plus, these pancakes are not just for breakfast. They are a great dessert or after-school snack for the grandkids when they come over to visit. I’ll let you in on a secret. We start with Kellogg’s® Eggo® Star Wars Galaxy Adventure Buttermilk Pancakes.
