Strawberry Mocha Punch
  • 1-1/2 quarts water
  • ½ cup Strawberry Nesquik
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup instant coffee (I use decaf)
  • ½ gallon vanilla ice cream
  • ½ gallon strawberry ice cream
  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the strawberry Nesquik, sugar and instant coffee. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Let cool and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. A few minutes before serving, scoop the vanilla and strawberry ice creams into a punch bowl.
  5. Give the refrigerated ingredients a quick stir and carefully pour over ice cream in punch bowl.
  6. Gently stir before serving.
