Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste), optional
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a teaspoon of water if it's too thick.
