Spiced Carrot Strips
  • 5 large carrots, cut into small sticks
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  1. Place carrots in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain. Combine butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour over carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yields 4-6 servings.
