A few weeks ago, I shared my beginning journey of #MadeToMove in 7 Days. You can find it here. Today I’m sharing my Journey Update: Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE. In case you don’t know, Osteo Bi-Flex® is the supplement that supports joint mobility and comfort.*

Bi-Flex

I’m such a baby when it comes to pills. I hate big, fat pills that are hard to swallow. It’s a good thing that Osteo Bi-Flex® Ease is a small tablet, so it was easy to take one tablet a day.

I’m also happy to report that I’m moving more and sitting less. Because large portions of my day are spent at my desk, it’s easy for me to get engrossed in work and not realize how many hours have flown by. I’m now making a conscious effort to get up and move every 30 minutes.

When it comes to exercise, walking is my favorite. It’s easy, free and I don’t need any special equipment except a good pair of walking shoes and proper clothing. Since I’m aiming for at least 10,000 steps a day, I wear an activity wristband to help keep track of my steps. Before I started tracking my steps, I could have sworn I was a lot more active than I really was.

In the past, whenever I exercised, I would get a twinge in my right knee joint. Because of the joint stiffness, I’d find excuses for not exercising. I was the queen of lame excuses:  It’s too hot, it’s too cold, I don’t have time, etc.

Journey Update: Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE

After the first day, I didn’t really notice a difference. I mean, hey, it was the first day. Around the third day, I realized that the joint stiffness was gone. I could walk without any joint stress and I noticed I had more flexibility. By the time the 7-day journey was complete, I realized how much I actually like walking and how much easier it was to be active when my joints were comfortable. No more excuses for me!

I’ll continue my journey with Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE because it provides joint comfort and helps nurture my joints. I can really tell a big difference. In a recent study where individuals rated their joint health over time, they noticed a difference within 7 days of taking Osteo Bi-Flex®. With continued use, the individuals saw increased improvement over the 90 day period.*

We were made to move, so let’s get moving! To keep up with the latest, you can follow Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.

I’m glad you’re able to be moving better! I find everything feels better when I am active, even if it is just walking for 20-30 minutes. Thanks for your honest review!

LOL at the wedding video! So funny! I am happy to know that this has worked well for you. I move a lot throughout the day because I am constantly cleaning and taking care of the kiddos. I gave not thought of the amount of steps but now that you mentioned how much you aim for ler day, I am sure I’m hitting this. In the last I have experience joint cracks (lo) while moving….but seems to happen during pregnancies.

Sorry about my typos. My phone likes to “auto correct” and I had not realized it.

I’m glad to hear that you’re continuing to do well on Osteo Bi-Flex. I have already recommended this to a few friends that I know would benefit from something like this! Thanks for sharing your experiences with this.

Every time I get back into my walking routine, I realize I haven’t been exercising enough. Walking is my favorite exercise also. I need some Osteo-Bi-Flex right now.

I really hate huge pills…never ever liked swallowing pills! Glad they are smaller and easy to intake!

Osteopathic is real skill that takes time to master. Helps a lot in recovery of bone injuries.
