Cranberry Fluff


– Whipped Topping  – Cream Cheese  – Cranberry Sauce – Mandarin Oranges – Mini Marshmallows – Chopped Pecans – Fresh Cranberries (optional garnish)

Step 1

Place the drained can of mandarin oranges in a food processor and pulse a couple of times until it resembles crushed pineapple. Drain the excess juice after chopping and set aside.

Step 2

Add the cranberry sauce, whipped topping and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and gently mix until well combined.

Step 3

Fold in the remaining ingredients until well combined.

You can eat this immediately, but my favorite way is to refrigerate it for at least 8 hours (overnight) so that the flavors really meld together.
