Cranberry Orange Cake
– Brown sugar
– Orange zest
– Salted butter
– Large eggs
– All-purpose flour
– Baking powder
– Plain Greek yogurt
– Orange Juice
– Fresh cranberries
– Powdered sugar
Beat together white sugars and orange zest for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the butter and cream until light and fluffy.
Mix in the eggs, one at a time.

Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon until combined. Add half of dry mixture to wet.
Add in the yogurt and orange juice.
Add the remaining dry ingredients.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
Whisk together powdered sugar and orange juice to make a glaze.
