Cranberry Orange Cake


– Sugar – Brown sugar – Orange zest – Salted butter – Large eggs – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Cinnamon – Plain Greek yogurt – Orange Juice – Fresh cranberries – Powdered sugar

Step 1

Beat together  white sugars and orange zest for 1-2 minutes. Add in the butter and cream until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs, one at a time. 

Step 2

Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon until combined. Add half of dry mixture to wet.  Add in the yogurt and orange juice. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries. 

Step 3

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Whisk together powdered sugar and orange juice to make a glaze.
