RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIES: CRUMBL COPYCAT

 Ingredients

Raspberry Drizzle: Raspberry jam water almond extract Cookies: sugar cookie mix graham cracker crumbs  salted butter egg milk

Frosting Ingredients

powdered sugar cream cheese almond extract salt milk

Step 1

Raspberry Sauce:  Combine raspberry jam, water, and almond extract . Heat over medium-high heat until bubbling. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 2

Whisk sugar cookie mix and graham cracker crumbs. Beat in the butter, egg, and milk until a firm dough forms. Scoop out dough and roll into a ball.

Step 3

Roll each cookie dough ball in the graham cracker crumbs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball. Bake  for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Frosting: Beat together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, almond extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and creamy. Slowly drizzle in milk.

Pipe or spoon the cream cheese frosting on the cookies. Drizzle with Raspberry Sauce. Enjoy!
