Dixie's  Pecan Pie Cobbler

Your mouth will be watering when you make Dixie's Pecan  Pie Cobbler.  It's almost like a pecan pie casserole.  

Simple Ingredients Needed to Make  Dixie's Pecan Pie  Cobbler

Step 1

Roll out the first pie crust, place in 13x9 inch pan and trim the edges.

Use fresh ingredients - especially yeast

Combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon half the filling over the crust.

Step 3

Roll and place the top crust on top of the filling in the 13×9 baking dish. Lightly spray the top crust with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown.

Step 4

Remove from oven and add the remaining filling over the top crust. Add a layer of pecan halves over the filling and bake for 30 minutes.

I like to serve this cobbler warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! It's definitely a keeper!
