– Melted butter:
– Granulated sugar
For The Cheesecake Filling, You'll Need:
– Cream Cheese
– Dark Brown Sugar
– Whole eggs plus two egg yolks
– Vanilla extract
– All-purpose flour
Pecan Pie Topping
– Heavy Cream
– Light Brown Sugar
– Vanilla Extract
– Light Corn Syrup
– Chopped pecans
Prepare the crust and press the graham cracker mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese until light and creamy. Add the sour cream and continue beating until well combined.
Add the sugar, eggs, and flour, beating until combined and smooth. Pour over crust.
Pecan pie layer: Melt the butter.
Add cream, sugar, vanilla, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Stir in the pecans. Spoon on top of the cheesecake layer.
Bake until golden brown.
