Ingredients You'll Need
– All-purpose Flour
– Powdered Sugar
– Cream Cheese
– Frozen Whipped Topping
– Granulated Sugar
– Strawberry Gelatin
To make the crust, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans are combined and spread on the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan.
The crust is baked and cooled before topping with a creamed cheese mixture. Top with sliced strawberries and place in the fridge while making the final topping.
Cook topping ingredients over medium-high heat until it thickens and begins to bubble. Cook and stir for one minute. Cool before spooning over strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least four hours or up to 24 hours.
I always make this dessert the day before and let it chill overnight in the fridge.
