Additional Tips and Storage

  • Store these crackers at room temperature in a sealed container or baggie for up to 1 week. I do not suggest refrigerating or freezing these.
  • You can use vegetable oil OR olive oil in place of canola, but Iโ€™ve never tried other oils to know if any other alternatives are viable.
  • If the bag doesnโ€™t get flipped/rotated at least once when resting, some crackers might end up more oily than others. Itโ€™s not a huge deal, but they turn out more even if rotated.
  • I transfer the crackers to a clean baggie/container after theyโ€™re finished soaking in the flavors. Makes for a cleaner snack time.
