I always have lofty ideas of creating a DIY Advent Calendar for the grandkids. It’s so much fun for them to open and receive small gifts as we countdown to Christmas Day. In reality, I’m not an overly crafty person so I’m thrilled with the Best Advent Calendar for non-crafty moms or grandmas like me.
The kids love advent calendars. Last year, I put some together made with Chinese food takeout boxes. They are so cute but I want to do something different this year – something that doesn’t take any work at all.
I love to cook, come up with beautiful tablescapes and decorate. But when it comes to DIY advent calendars, I’m all thumbs.
