Let’s Make Caramel Apple Pancakes
Caramel Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
- Kellogg'sยฎ Eggoยฎ Star Wars Galaxy Adventure Buttermilk Pancakes
- 3 Honey Crisp OR Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add brown sugar and salt; stir for one minute.
- Add apples and sauté for 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Add half & half and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from stove and stir in vanilla and pinch of salt.
- Heat Eggo Star Wars Galaxy Adventure Buttermilk Pancakes according to package directions.
- To serve, place a pancake on a plate, top with a little of the caramel apple sauce, top with a pancake and more sauce.
Peel, core and slice apples. We do it the easy way!
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add brown sugar and stir for a minute.
Add apples and sautรฉ until the apples are tender (about 10 minutes).
Stir in the half & half and keep stirring for about 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
Heat the Eggo Star Wars Galaxy Adventure Buttermilk Pancakes according to package directions. We like to use the microwave directions because it’s fast and the smell of these caramel apples cookingย are making us hungry!
