I like to make Easy Cheesy Christmas Tree Shaped Appetizers whenever I’m hosting a party. The cheese mixture can be put together earlier in the day and stored in the fridge.
These appetizers are best served warm, so I spread the cheese mixture onto the Christmas tree-shaped bread slices and pop them under the broiler right as the guests arrive. Be sure and set the timer because it only takes a couple of minutes for these to cook.
Christmas Tree Shaped Appetizers
Mix together mayonnaise, dry ranch salad dressing mix and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Cut bread slices into Christmas tree shapes with cookie cutter. Don’t pay any attention to my baking pan. Someone (I won’t call names) put it in the dishwasher and it changed colors. It’s clean. I promise.
Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture over each tree. Decorate with green and red bell pepper strips.
Place on baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
