We Love Family Game Night
I don’t know about you, but we love family game night. From cards to board to large group games, we’re into the competition and fun. I’ll definitely be gifting a few of these during the holiday season.
When the grandkids come over, as soon as we finish eating their favorite meal (it changes but usually involves my husband grilling steaks) they are ready to play. Yes, my young grandsons have expensive taste and the 8-year-old must have A-1 sauce (gag). I keep it just for him.
But, back to our fun night. We love to play games that are fun and appeal to all ages. That way, even the 15-year-old gets in on the fun, laughter, and camaraderie.
Playing together is a great way for kids and parents (or grandparents) to take a break from work. Families work hard (homework included) so it makes sense to play hard as well.
Plus, playing together is a great way to make family memories. Whenever my sister and I get together, one of us usually begins a sentence with, “Remember that time we . . .”
