Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole and HomeGating Party

When it comes to homegating parties, my house is the place to be on game day. We like our food spicy, and Pace® always helps me “ban the bland.” On a scale of 1-10, Pace® kicks up the flavor to an 11! There’s no room for a wimpy salsa at my party.

Don’t tell anyone, but my Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole begins with a rotisserie chicken. This is one trick I use to get out of the kitchen and in on all the fun. Plus, it’s ready to eat in 30 minutes

Perfect dish anytime. This could be a whole complete meal or to serve up on game day with some chips.

Actually, the bottom layer is corn tortillas, so no chips needed. 🙂

This is such a perfect way to keep my kids fed on busy weeknights when we have tons of activities and school work to boot. Wonder if there is any way I can make it more mild for my picky eater.

Mimi Green October 11, 2017 - 6:25 pm

This is the kind of meal I like. It doesn’t keep me in the kitchen for hours. More cheese the better. We use this salsa on our tacos.
