Menopause is a natural biological process. Â It may be the end of fertility, but that doesn’t mean it has to be the end of your sex life. It’s time we learned the truth about sex after menopause!
We women deal with many physical and emotional changes during and after menopause. Some of these changes can take a real toll on our relationships, including our sex life.
To complicate matters, it’s often difficult to find straightforward, trustworthy information about how to deal with issues like changes in our libido or pain during sexual intercourse.
That’s why I’m excited to share with you that Vibrant Nation, the leading online community for women 45+, is having its first ever Live webcast discussion, Sex After Menopause. On March 31, 2015 at 1:00pm EST, Vibrant Nation sexual health expert and blogger Dr. Barb DePree will lead a panel of women in sharing their stories and advice for getting that spark back in the bedroom.
Guess what? Â I’m one of the women participating in the panel discussion with Dr. DePree! Â Make sure to sign up below to attend this live webcast.
All pre-registrants will be entered to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card! More prizes will be announced and given away during the event. Please pre-register below and join me on March 31, 2015 at 1:00pm EST. Â

This is knowledge I will tuck away because someday I am going to be wondering about this. Thanks for the great info.
It’s funny because here in Italy subjects like this aren’t quite as taboo. People talk about it and see the word menopause all the time. I think it’s great that sex in general is becoming more easy to talk about…
This was an interesting read. I’m not there yet, but they day isn’t far off. I’m all about getting all the information I can!
Good luck with your discussion. It is definately an important subject for many couples. Knowing others share the same issues is quite supportive.
Discussions like these are always very important – still far for me.. but I am aware that this is something most people should be open about.
Ahhhhh I have many years before I need to start thinking about this kinda stuff… But it is definitely good to know 🙂 thanks 🙂
I have a few years before I need to really start thinking about this kind of stuff. But, it is really useful to know.
I just turned 40 and know that I am nearing that age when this issue may arise! Thanks for letting me know about this great resource!
I have quite a few years before I have to deal with this, but I will definitely keep it in mind!
Well, I am not quite there yet and don’t even know much about the topic. Sure would have loved to listen to you though….I know you will make it fun!!!
It would be great to learn a little bit about this subject. I think I could learn a lot from this!
Hey, we will all be there one day so it’s great to follow up and get some information about it now.
Thank you for the wonderful information. I didn’t realize how little I knew about this subject.
This sounds like a very informative discussion group. Menopause will be here before I realize!
Glad things like these are being discussed now. It used to be a taboo subject!
This would be perfect for a few friends of mine. They are all going threw menopause right now.
This is very interesting. My mom might like to read it too!
Thank you!
Not really having anyone to talk to about this topic, this information is really helpful to have. I’m so glad we are able to talk about this so freely online, menopause is a natural part of life.
I’m interested in this conversation even though it isn’t an issue for me right now. I’d like to know what to expect, if anything different in the future. Registered 🙂
Thanks so much for registering, Shirley. I hope I can make it through without blushing a time or 2. 🙂
Oh wow, this is an interesting topic. I am far from menopause but I guess it is never too early to start thinking about it.
How exciting that you are going to be on the discussion!! Way to go Alli!!
I’m blushing a little. 🙂
That would be an interesting discussion, without a doubt. I’ve already heard a lot about menopause from my mom but I know there’s more to learn.
I heard that sex after menopause is painful. I would love to learn about it since I am not that far from it lol.
We’ll be talking about it all on March 31st. 🙂
I will have to pass this along to my mom. She is going through all of this right now.
I read that there can be issues like this after menopause. I’m just turning 30, but this information is good to have in mind for the future.
I honestly don’t know much about the subject – I’m not close yet, BUT I think it’s extremely important that this be discussed and women feel safe to talk about it/ share!
Good to know that there is truly a group that addresses everyone’s kinds of needs. My mind hasn’t even thought about libido changes after menopause…I’m not close to it yet…but it would still be interesting to be aware of them.
Glad that there is awareness out there for this subject! It’s important for women to come together to find solutions to problems.
This is good information to know. I will have to remember it for when the time comes.
