Everything tastes better on the grill, right? When my husband and I are having a date night at home, these filet mignons are perfect for dinner. I add Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges or a baked potato, salad or veggie and we’re good to go.

My husband went on and on about how good the steak was. I don’t know if he’s bragging on his grilling skills or on the filet. He later assured me he was impressed with the filet.

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon

Prepping a filet mignon for the grill is easy. All the filet needs is a little salt, pepper and olive oil.

Filet Mignons ready to grill

I do wrap it tightly with a bacon strip and secure with toothpicks. It gives the filet even more flavor.
