My youngest daughter, Caitlin, and I are right smack dab in the middle of planning her spring 2016 wedding. Â She is the last of my 3 daughters to be married and I’m relishing every beautiful, crazy, stressful moment.
Yes, wedding planning can get stressful at times. Â We’re both busy working and zipping back and forth to Charleston (wedding destination) for tastings, floral appointments, etc. Â And sometimes we both just need to take a deep breath, enjoy the moment and be good to ourselves.
On-The-Go Snack Solutions
A few days ago, when I was standing in the check-out line at Walmart, I discovered goodnessknows® snack squares.  They’re made with real fruit, dark chocolate, and whole nuts in bite-sized squares.  These snack squares are so delicious and have wholesome ingredients.  I have found the perfect on-the-go snack solutions for my daughter and me!
The goodnessknows® snack squares are sold individually wrapped and come in three flavors:

DIY Snack Bag
My daughter travels several days of the week with her job, so I made her a cute little bag to hold a bottle of water and snack squares. Â Since her wedding will take place on a yacht, I used anchor patterned duck tape to reinforce and decorate a quart sized zippered bag.
Now, whether Caitlin is traveling for her job or we’re heading back to Charleston, we can grab our snack bag and be on the road in no time.
It’s so important to take time and enjoy the little things in life, like taking an afternoon snack break. Then when it’s time to resume all things wedding planning related (like selfies!), we’re refreshed, refueled and ready to go.
