An Edible Wreath

Everything on this wreath is edible. Well, I don’t think I’d try to eat the entire sprig of Rosemary. The Rosemary is for looks but a few of the needles sprinkled over the cheese is quite tasty.

We all have so many activities packed into the holiday season. It seems there is always a party to attend or host. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or appetizer party, this Rosemary Olive Wreath is easy to put together and everyone loves a good appetizer tray.

Ingredients For A Rosemary Olive Wreath

You will need the following ingredients to make a Rosemary Olive Wreath:

  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • Mozzarella Cheese Balls
  • Cheese Cubes
  • Green Olives
  • Black Olives
  • Cherry Tomatoes

How To Put Together A Rosemary Olive Wreath

This is the easiest appetizer to throw together. You can use a cake plate or a large platter for the base of the wreath.

Shape Rosemary sprigs into a round wreath. Add the cheese balls, green olives, black olives, and cherry tomatoes in a random pattern to look like ornaments on the wreath.

Rosemary-Wreath

You could also make this appetizer into the shape of a Christmas tree. Of course, you can add pickles as well.

I have a huge Rosemary bush and I have fresh Rosemary all year long. So a trip to the side yard and a grocery store run (I was out of mozzarella balls) and I’m almost done.

Such a great idea! I have a rosemary bush as well as some other herbs growing in my backyard. It’s so nice to be able to just go clip a little seasoning when you need it!
