Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs are tender, delicious and so easy to make.
I made these slow-cooker barbecue ribs a few days ago. They were quickly demolished by the family and everyone liked them, including the grandkids.
These ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and the recipe is so, so easy. And according to the huge empty platter, they are a big success.
I probably use my slow cookers more than any other small kitchen appliance. My air fryer is quickly catching up but the slow cooker is perfect for hectic days or days when I don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
Slow Cooker Barbeque Ribs are the perfect meal after a long day at work.
Place the ribs in the slow cooker in the morning and forget about them. When you walk in the door in the evening, the tantalizing aroma hits you in the face. Enjoy!
What To Serve With Barbecue Ribs
I usually serve coleslaw and/or baked beans with these ribs. The slaw can be put together in the morning and refrigerated all day or made right before serving the ribs.
Corn on the cob is also a good side dish for these ribs. Of course, the grandkids like their ribs with a side of fries.

Great looking ribs – I love that they were made in the slow cooker! No heat in the kitchen on a warm day!
Living in the south, I hate to even turn on my stove in the summer, so using the slow cooker is a great way to cook without over-heating the house. Slow cookers are not just for soup! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!
Do u have to use sherry?
No, you don’t have to use sherry. You can use beef stock or even water.
Wow! These look so yummy!
