Baby, it’s too cold outside for this southern girl! That’s why I’m making Easy Baked Chicken Spaghetti as part of our Christmas Eve dinner. Plus, it’s a family favorite! Not only is it delicious, but it’s so comforting. I love that it’s easy to make and I can get all the ingredients at my local Sam’s Club.

The Christmas holidays are my favorite time of the year but they can get crazy hectic. After all the hustle and bustle December has to offer, the family gets together on Christmas Eve to relax, watch our favorite holiday movie and enjoy Baked Chicken Spaghetti.

I’ve been a member of Sam’s Club for many years. I shop at Sam’s Club to buy in bulk and to stock up on my favorite pantry items like Swanson® Chicken Broth, Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, and Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. Swanson® is America’s #1 selling broth. I love that it has no artificial additives and no MSG! Also, it comes in resealable packaging. Campbell’s® Cream Soups have no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives and I can feel good about using all of these products in so many of my holiday recipes.

While I’m in Sam’s Club during the holidays, I like to sample the food and browse all the holiday decor aisles before pulling out my list of items I need to purchase.

Helpful Hint: Don’t miss Sam’s Club annual Holiday Taste of Sam’s event! It’s a huge in-club demo sampling occasion. Swanson® Chicken Broth will be sampled with Idahoan Mashed Potatoes on Dec 21 & 22. Also, be sure and take advantage of the temporary price reduction of $1.50 off Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, and Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Baked Chicken Spaghetti

Helpful Hint: You’ll need two and a half cups of cooked chicken to make Baked Chicken Spaghetti. Sometimes I boil chicken for this recipe and sometimes I debone a rotisserie chicken. If you’re cooking the chicken, place chicken breasts in a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

While the spaghetti is cooking according to package directions, add the Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup to the chicken and tomato/green chiles.

Ooooh this sounds good. I love casseroles for dinner because they go much further with my growing boys. I need to make this for the family soon!

We do love a great casserole for those busy nights. This wouldn’t take anytime at all to throw together and pop in the oven. I can smell it baking now.

Danielle Fox December 12, 2017 - 8:24 am

I bet the Swanson makes all the difference – they are my go to broth brand. I buy the huge cartons bc I use to much

Amber Myers December 12, 2017 - 8:25 am

Yes please! I love pasta, and this looks so good. Plus it’s easy to make, which is another plus. I’m adding this to our dinner list.

Lisa December 12, 2017 - 8:33 am

This looks tasty. I’ve only seen this made with Rotel and Velveeta and it sounds more like a wannabe Mexican dish.

Heather December 12, 2017 - 8:34 am

This looks incredible! I can’t wait to try this at home but with two cans of cream of chicken since no one else will eat cream of mushroom besides me… 🙁

Alli December 12, 2017 - 9:11 am

You could totally do that!

There’s this lady at our church that bakes the best chicken spaghetti. Her dish is always a winner at the church luncheons. I cheat a little and use store bought rotisserie chicken when I bake chicken spaghetti.

Jeanettte December 12, 2017 - 10:45 am

Easy!! I am board with anything that is easy! This looks SO good that I can’t wait to make it!

Sounds like a delicious recipe. Perfect to warm you up on cold snowy days!

Linda Szymoniak December 12, 2017 - 3:18 pm

This is very similar to what I’m making for dinner tonight. Take out the tomatoes w/chiles and put in mushrooms, and use Parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. I call it short-cut Tetrazzini
