Cranberry Apple Spritzer Mocktail is perfect for the holidays. This non-alcoholic drink is pretty, festive, and refreshing. Check out my complete recipe collection of mocktails.

My very favorite holiday is Christmas! When I was growing up, my mom made sure the holiday season was magical and festive. I’ve tried to follow in her footsteps and do the same.

Holiday Traditions

Back in the day, we would head to the tree farm to pick our Christmas tree and have a tree decorating party while listening to holiday music.

After the tree was decorated, we would all pile in the car to ride around town and look at all the twinkling lights.

Of course, one of my favorite holiday traditions is hosting holiday parties. My secret to stress-free hosting is to keep things simple. I always whip up my favorite tried and true holiday appetizers and a signature mocktail.

Signature Mocktail Ingredients

This year, I’ve created a Cranberry Apple Spritzer Mocktail that is perfect for any holiday party. Plus, it only requires three simple ingredients

  • Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry
  • Simply Cranberry
  • Simply Apple

I garnish each mocktail with rosemary sprigs, fresh cranberries, and apple slices.

Mocktail Ingredients

Kroger has everything I need to make my Cranberry Apple Spritzer Mocktails. I like not having to run all over town when grocery shopping for a party.

Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry

Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry infuses a warm spice blend and tart cranberry flavor with the crisp lemon-lime flavor of Sprite and is the star of my mocktail. The refreshing flavor definitely brings back holiday memories. I’m in love with the cranberry flavor!

Simply beverages (Cranberry and Apple) are also perfect for the holidays because they remind me to keep things simple and delicious.

Cranberry Apple Spritzer Mocktail

This is the easiest mocktail you’ll ever make! Make sure all the beverages are well chilled.

To make a mocktail, all you have to do is add equal parts Simply Cranberry, Simply Apple and Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry. Of course, I like to add a little sparkle to the rim of the glass.

How To Make Cranberry Apple Spritzer Mocktail

After rimming a glass with gold sanding sugar (instructions below), I  add 3 ounces of Simply Cranberry.

Then I add three ounces of Simply Apple. Simple beverages are simple, delicious, and perfect for celebrating holiday moments with family and friends.

Simply Apple

I top the mocktail off with an equal amount of Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry to add fizz and warm spice notes that are perfect for my holiday parties.

Note: If you can’t find Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry, you can use regular Sprite.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, fresh cranberries, and a few apple slices.

I like to thread the fresh cranberries onto the ends of the rosemary sprigs for an extra festive look. They look like mini Christmas trees.

How to Rim A Glass With Sugar

Speaking of festive, let’s rim the glasses with sugar. It’s super easy to do. To help create a fun holiday party mood, I like to use gold sanding sugar.

Pour a little Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry into a small plate or shallow bowl. Add the gold sanding sugar to another plate.

Glass Rimmed With Sprite

Dip the rim of the glass into the Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry. Then, dip the rim of the glass into the sugar, making sure you keep the glass straight.

Wasn’t that easy?

When it comes to rimming a glass, think outside the box. Sanding sugar is not the only ingredient that can be used.

You can also use:

  • Colored Sprinkles
  • Lime or Lemon Zest (mixed in with sugar)
  • Colored Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Turbinado Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar

Cranberry Apple Spritzer Cocktail Garnishes

I always think of garnishes as the finishing touch when I’m making mocktails. Just like jewelry completes an outfit, garnishes complete a drink.

For this holiday mocktail, a sprig of rosemary adds a festive look. Add fresh cranberries and apple slices and the signature drink is done.

How To Keep The Apple Slices From Turning Brown

I wait until the last possible minute to slice the apples. Then I soak the apple slices in a bowl of Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry for a couple of minutes. This helps keep the apples from turning brown.
