- Kaukauna® Cheese Spread Cup – Sharp Cheddar (made with 100% real cheddar)
- 3 Bartlett pears, cut into 1/4 inch wedges
- Baguette slices, toasted

Let’s make Sharp Cheddar and Grilled Pear Crostini! If you’ve never grilled pears before, you’re in for a treat.
Sharp Cheddar and Grilled Pear Crostini
If you don’t want to fire up the grill, use a grill pan on top of the stove.
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Lightly brush slices with olive oil and grill over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Once the Baguette slices are done, grill the pears over medium-high heat for one to two minutes on each side.
Spread 1/2 Tablespoon Sharp Cheddar Kaukauna® Cheese Spread onto each Baguette slice.
Top with grilled pear slices.
Add a drizzle of honey.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and top with finely chopped Rosemary. It’s OK if some of the Rosemary misses the crostini and hits the plate. It just adds to the presentation.
The flavor of the cheese combined with the smokiness of the grilled pears complement each other beautifully. That’s one of the reasons why these Sharp Cheddar and Grilled Pear Crostini are my favorite appetizers. Plus, the presentation is beautiful without a lot of effort.

Pear and cheese is one of my favorites, behind apple and cheese. These sound so perfect for a quick app.
That looks like a great appetizer. I’ve never had cheese on pears but it probably tastes great.

I really like appetizers that are easy to make but look and taste like it took a lot of work to make them. Have to check out the Cheese Spread Cups you mentioned.
Good thinking on drizzling a born of honey on it. It looks delicious.
I intended to compose you a very little remark to be able to thank you as before over the awesome pointers you’ve documented at this time. It was quite remarkably generous of you to convey freely all many people would have advertised as an e book to help make some dough for their own end, primarily seeing that you might have done it if you decided. These points in addition worked as the easy way to be certain that many people have similar passion just like my personal own to see more and more on the topic of this issue. I’m certain there are several more enjoyable times up front for individuals who read carefully your site.
