Cut the cheese into cubes. Fold the salami in half, then in half again. Add the salami onto a skewer. You will then add three other ingredients: an olive or a tomato, a cube of cheese, and another olive or tomato.

How To Store This Easy Christmas Charcuterie Wreath

Charcuterie Wreaths are best served the same day they are made. However, you can make this a day ahead and store it tightly wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. 

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a day or two if they’re tightly wrapped. Do not freeze.

This easy charcuterie Christmas wreath is a delicious holiday appetizer made with salami, cheese, olives, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 24 sliced deli-style hard salami
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 13 stuffed garlic green olives
  • 13 large black olives
  • 12 cubes white cheddar cheese, ยฝ-ยพ inch in size, about 6 oz off a block of cheese
  • 12 cubes sharp cheddar cheese, ยฝ-ยพ inch in size, about 6 oz off a block of cheese
  • 0.5 oz clamshell of fresh rosemary (or 5 six-inch sprigs off of a Rosemary plant)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  2. Fold the salami in half, then in half again.
  3. Add the salami onto a skewer.
  4. Add three other things: an olive or a tomato, a cube of cheese, and another olive or tomato. Make sure each skewer only has one tomato, but alternate everything (except placement of salami and cheese) so that it doesnโ€™t all look the same.
  5. Cut each sprig of rosemary in half.
  6. Arrange the rosemary on the edges of the plate, 1-2 inches apart, overlapping the rim.
  7. Arrange the skewers on the plate, alternating the salami towards the edge and the inside.
  8. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.
